Congo's Army Kills Dozens in Capital

The Congolese army killed dozens of armed youth who attacked the capital of Kinshasa on Monday. An airport, military barracks and television headquarters were reported threatened. Pastor Paul Joseph Mukungubila, a former presidential candidate, says the violence was brought on by ongoing harassment of his supporters. (Photo: Jean Robert N'Kengo/REUTERS /STRINGER /LANDOV)
