Algeria's President to Run for Re-election

President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, who suffered a stroke last year, said he will still be running for reelection in April. "Even if he has not completely recovered physically, I can assure you he is in possession of all his mental and intellectual faculties," Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal said.
