Captain of Sunken South Korean Ferry Arrested

More than 300 people are missing or dead after a ferry sank off South Korea. The captain of the vessel and two crew members were arrested on suspicion of negligence and abandoning people. President Park Geun-hye is likening the crew members’ actions to murder. (Photo: AP Photo/Lee Jin-man)
