Brazil Gay-Activists Call for Anti-Discrimination Laws During Parade

Hundreds of thousands of gay rights activists gathered in Sao Paulo on Sunday for one of the world’s largest gay pride parades. "We are fighting against different types of prejudice: racism, homophobia," actor Valder Bastos, also known as drag queen Tchaka, told AP. "We are here together to show there are plenty of us.”
