Group Charges Venezuela Authorities With Human Rights Abuse

On Monday, Human Rights Watch called on judges and law officials in Venezuela to investigate, prosecute and end human rights abuses by government security forces. The human rights group said it has documented dozens of accounts of serious physical and psychological abuse, 10 of which are "serious enough to be considered torture.”
