Voting Ends in Guinea-Bissau Presidential Run-off

Former Finance Minister Jose Mario Vaz came out leading in Guinea-Bissau’s presidential run-off election on Sunday. Vaz secured more than 40 percent of the votes and is favored to win. The country's transition into new leadership comes two years after soldiers stormed the presidential palace.
