South Sudan Leaders Aren’t Looking for Peace

South Sudan President Salva Kiir and rebel chief Riek Machar are no closer to agreeing on peace deals with the U.N. Security Council to end months of conflict in the country that has left more than 10,000 dead and another 1.1 million people displaced. "There is still a large gap between them," said one Council diplomat, according to Reuters
