Practice Good Posture
If you sit at a desk all day, adjustable armrests, a firm seat and good lower back support can make long hours of sitting much easier as your weight and posture change. Prolonged standing can cause blood to pool in your legs, which can lead to pain or dizziness. If you must stand, put one of your feet on a footrest, low stool or box.
