Just because more fast food joints are offering “healthier” fare doesn’t mean that you are eating less calories, says a recent report. Researchers from Temple University found that eating a salad (for example, fried chicken with ranch dressing) had the same calories as eating a sandwich (fried chicken sandwich with mayo).
