HIV Cases Down in Black Women, Up in Gay and Bisexual Black Men - From 2008 to 2010, newly diagnosed HIV cases among Black women dropped 21 percent, says the CDC. Testing campaigns and PSA’s seem to be working. Texting While Walking Is Also Dangerous - A new study says that texting and walking across the street can be just as bad as texting and driving, reported HealthDay News. Researchers in Seattle observed pedestrians and found that while only seven percent of people texted while crossing the street, it was the most risky behavior.
