HIV Cases Down in Black Women, Up in Gay and Bisexual Black Men

From 2008 to 2010, newly diagnosed HIV cases among Black women dropped 21 percent, says the CDC. Testing campaigns and PSA’s seem to be working. Unfortunately,  Blacks still account for 70 percent of all diagnoses among women in the U.S. Even worse, new infections during this same period went up by 22 percent among African-American men who have sex with men, Reuters reported.
