Texting While Walking Is Also Dangerous
A new study says that texting and walking across the street can be just as bad as texting and driving, reported HealthDay News. Researchers in Seattle observed pedestrians and found that while only seven percent of people texted while crossing the street, it was the most risky behavior. It took them longer to cross the street and they were more likely to not look both ways. Our advice: Ease up on the iPhone a little.
