Wanna lose weight? A new study says a good way for young folks to shed pounds is to sign up for text message alerts that are geared toward healthier lifestyles. But researchers from the University of Arizona found that in order to motivate teens, the text messages must reflect the interests, language and lifestyles of young people, reported Psych Central.
