Vegetarianism Can Reduce Risk of Heart Disease

Eating meat can be amazing, but being a vegetarian can save your life, says a new study. Researchers from England found that being a vegetarian diet can slash your risk of heart disease and hospitalizations, says Science Codex. They also found that vegetarians had lower cholesterol and blood pressure levels, weighed less and were less likely to have diabetes.
