First Lady Michelle Obama unveiled new healthy recipes for her MyPlate program, which is a part of her Let’s Move campaign, to encourage weight loss and better health. FLOTUS teamed up with five major magazine companies to help create the 3,000 recipes, which include lean proteins, high fiber and fruits and vegetables.
