Ranting on the Web Doesn’t Make You Feel Better

Getting things off our chests usually makes us feel better. But two new studies found that venting on social media and the comment sections on the Internet may have the opposite effect. Researchers suggest that going back and forth with strangers and reacting impulsively online can make people more angry and bitter, reported HealthDay News.
