Health Advocates in Michigan Linking Blacks to Insurance Plans

With the Affordable Care Act becoming a reality in 2014, health advocates in Michigan are working hard to reach low-income African-Americans and other people of color to educate and enroll them into new health plans by the deadline, reported the New York Times
