Working Out Can Help Young Folks Quit Smoking

Want to kick your nicotine habit? A new study found that working out more often might help. Researchers from George Washington University found that teen smokers who on average smoked a pack a day greatly reduced the urge to light up by working out an extra 20 minutes a day, reported Time.com.
