UCLA Given $10 Million Grant to Study Autism in Blacks

The National Institutes on Health awarded UCLA $10 million to continue their groundbreaking research on autism in African-Americans, reported the Examiner. Dr. Daniel Geschwind, director of the UCLA Center for Autism Research and Treatment, is one of the first researchers to focus on race, genetics and autism.
