Can Exercise Make Young Women Less Violent?

A new study suggests that exercise may help make young women become less violent. Researchers from Columbia University in New York looked at Black and Latina teens and found that girls who were more physically active were less likely to engage in violent behaviors, be in a gang and carry a weapon, says Science Daily. —Kellee Terrell
