Black D.C. Group Educates Women About Breast Cancer

Zuriworks, a D.C.-based health organization for Black women, is enlisting local hairdressers to help promote breast cancer awareness, reported CBS-affiliate WUSA9. Their "Big Chop to Stop Cancer" campaign educates women about the disease, but also helps those with breast cancer deal with losing their hair and encourages natural hair styles.
