Should Everyone Be Tested for HIV?

Between 20-25 percent of people living with HIV in the U.S. don’t know it. The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) believes that one way to reduce this gap is to test all Americans ages 15-65, regardless of sexual orientation and risk factor, for the virus, reported Time.com.
