How Will Social Security and Medicaid Cuts Affect Blacks?

A Center for Global Policy Solutions (CGPS) report suggests that the $400 billion in cuts to Social Security and Medicaid that President Obama has proposed will place Blacks further into poverty. Lower wages, unemployment rates and dependency on these government programs are examples of how these cuts will deeply affect our community, writes GlobalResearch.Org.
