HPV Vaccine: A Wasted Resource for Blacks?

Despite the HPV vaccine’s effectiveness in reducing one’s risk of developing cervical and/or anal cancer, only a measly 1 percent of African-Americans boys and 8 percent of girls have received the series of shots.
