Red Meat Linked to Diabetes, Says New Study

Eating too much red and processed meat like hot dogs may raise your risk of developing type-2 diabetes says a new study. Researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health analyzed data and found that eating 3.5 servings or more a week raised one’s risk by 50 percent, NPR reported.
