New York Court Hears Appeal on NYC Soda Ban

Big Apple’s 16oz soda ban isn’t dead in the water.  A New York appeals court is hearing arguments on why the ban should be reinstated, reported the Associated Press. This comes a few months after a state judge struck down the ban stating that there were too many “loopholes” in the bill and that it undermined the city’s public health.
