New HIV/AIDS Campaign for Black Gay Men Launches at Howard University

At Howard University this week, the National Minority AIDS Council launched its new HIV/AIDS campaign geared toward Black gay and bisexual men. Rise: Resources to Strengthen and Empower aims at improving the quality of health for African-Americans and reduce stigma in our community.
