The Four-Minute Workout

How much time do we really need to exercise? The answer is four minutes if you do high intensity interval workouts, says the New York Times. These workouts, which are “bursts of strenuous exercise lasting anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes,” can help you lose weight faster than steady paced workouts.
