Hampton University to Study Racial Health Disparities

The National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities gave HBCU Hampton University a whopping $13.5 million for research in racial health disparities among men of color. This initiative focuses on five aspects: Prostate cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, skin cancer among Latinos and violence prevention.
