What to Expect

CrossFit is not like taking an emotionally “feel good class” like Zumba. CrossFit coaches are in your face and push you harder than you can ever push yourself. Because CrossFit forces you to use almost every muscle in your body — especially those you haven’t worked in a while — you are going to be sore. Get those Epsom salts ready.
