Who Can Do It?

CrossFit is advertised as being for everyone, regardless of age, gender and fitness level. But given that these workouts are intense, it’s best to consult your doctor before trying it, especially if you have heart disease, diabetes or back issues.

Not to mention, if you are a beginner it’s important to talk to your CrossFit trainer about your limitations.
