What Is CrossFit? - Founded by former gymnast Greg Glassman, CrossFit is a competitive mix of military-inspired workouts, martial arts and Olympic-style weightlifting. In a certified CrossFit Gym, expect to do all kinds of drills and exercises ranging from dead-lifts, tumbling, rope climbing, running through courses and using kettle balls.
