Is AIDS Improving in South Africa?

Thanks to more than 2 million South Africans taking AIDS medications, South African Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi is confident that the AIDS Epidemic is improving. Motsoaledi told World NBC News that while there is much work to do, he is hopeful for the future — transmission rates have dropped 65 percent over the years.
