Study: Emotional Child Abuse on the Rise

A new report conducted by the National Academy of Science's Institute of Medicine found that while rates of sexual and physical abuse against children went down, emotional and psychological abuse increased. They also found that 80 percent of abused and neglected children were not taken out of the home, the Washington Post reported
