Eating Whole Fruits Linked to Lower Diabetes Risk

Want to lower your risk of developing type-2 diabetes? Try eating more whole fruits, a new study suggests. Researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health found that just eating two servings a week could slash your risk by 23 percent, says the Huffington Post. Note: Drinking sugary fruit juice does not give the same results.
