Braxton Family Values star Traci Braxton lost a whopping 64 pounds after her doctor told her she was pre-diabetic. She says that she loved food and ate what she wanted, when she wanted. She re-evaluated her diet and started working out three days a week for one to two hours. She also set a realistic goal to lose her weight: two years.
