Study: Kids Less Fit Now Than 30 Years Ago

Kids nowadays are not as fit as their folks were back in the day, a new study found. At a conference, researchers from the American Heart Association released their findings, which included that it takes children 90 seconds longer to run a mile than kids 30 years ago. Also, heart-related health has declined 5 percent per decade since 1975, the Associated Press reports.
