Eating Breakfast Every Day

They don’t call it the most important meal for nothing, but unfortunately, I skip it more often than not. Now whether or not eating breakfast helps lose weight is to be determined, but for me, eating a healthy breakfast keeps me focused and I work better in the A.M. Also, eating breakfast stops me from gorging on lunch.
