Cooking at the Crib More

I love to cook, but after a long day of classes and writing, sometimes the last thing I want to do is whip up something over the stove. But, I bought a Crock-Pot and, with the help of online recipes from sites, I am going to master the art of cooking low-fat meals at home to not only lose weight, but to save money and time.
