Popping My Pills

Despite a recent study saying that taking supplements may not help us live longer or improve heart health, that doesn’t mean taking them is harmful. I am going to make an effort to take an everyday multivitamin, Vitamin D and biotin supplements to make up for the vitamins I am missing out on with my diet.
