Eating More Vegetarian/Vegan Meals

In 2014, I want to seriously cut back on red and processed meats and try eating meatless meals three days a week. Eating a plant-based diet has been found to reduce your risk of certain cancers, heart disease, stroke and obesity. And with so many resources online to help me make healthy and tasty vegetarian/vegan meals, I think I can do this!
