Is Red Meat Behind Obesity and African-American Women?

Other than vegetarians, who doesn’t love a burger? But a new study suggests that eating fast food burgers twice a week may make us 25 percent more likely to be obese. Researchers also found that drinking at least two sugary drinks per day raised Black women’s risk of obesity by 10 percent.
