Are Vitamins a Hoax?

While the vitamin and supplement industry rakes in billions, a series of studies published in the Annals of Internal Medicine found that vitamins may be a waste of our time and money. One study found that vitamins don’t work any better than placebos; another one found that taking multivitamins doesn’t improve heart health and improved memory; and another found that taking vitamins doesn’t lengthen your life.
