Does the Flu Vaccine Work Better in Women?

The flu vaccine may work better in women than men, says a new study. Researchers found that women have stronger immune systems than men and that they produce more flu antibodies when given the vaccine. Despite these findings, the CDC still recommends that people should be vaccinated regardless of gender, CNN.com writes
