NIH Funds Study to Improve Asthma Treatment Among African-Americans

The National Institution of Health recently announced that it’s spearheading a new study to find better ways to treat asthma in Black children and adults. The study is currently enrolling participants to figure out which inhalers and treatment methods work better for us. Blacks suffer more serious asthma attacks and are hospitalized more often than whites.
