Who Are More Stressed: Teens or Adults?

While adults worry about bills and house payments, teens feel a lot of stress and pressure, too, says a new survey. Researchers from the American Psychological Association found that on a scale of 10, teens’ stress level was a 5.8 on average. Also, the biggest stressor for teens was school and low grades.
