Study: Mammograms May Not Save Lives

A new controversial study has found that annual mammograms don’t lower death risks among women with breast cancer. Researchers also found that 22 percent of women were given a false diagnosis and unnecessary treatment, the Los Angeles Times reported. Critics of this study claim it’s “flawed” and the mammogram equipment used in the study was outdated and faulty.
