Judgmental Docs May Make it Harder for Us to Lose Weight
Obese patients are less likely to lose weight if they feel that their doctors are judging them, says a new report. Researchers from Johns Hopkins University found that 21 percent of patients felt judged even though 96 percent of them tried to lose weight the previous year. Meanwhile, only 10 percent of patients who felt judged lost significant weight, HealthDay.Com wrote.
