Los Angeles Bans E-Cigarettes

Los Angeles is the third city after New York and Chicago to ban the use of electronic cigarettes in public, Time.com writes. The L.A. city council unanimously voted to oust e-cigs from bars, restaurants and parks. Despite existing data being contradicting around whether or not vapor nicotine is a gateway for traditional smoking, the city council members did not want to encourage “unhealthy behaviors.”
