Major Symptoms 

Having polyps doesn’t mean you have cancer, so it’s important to notice other signs, says the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Those symptoms may include: Blood in or on the stool (bowel movement); stomach pain, aches or cramps that do not go away and losing weight for unknown reasons.
